Arts & Entertainment

If you wish to explore the arts and entertainment scene in the Niagara Region, you are in for an amazing time. There is so much to see and experience–live theatre, movies, orchestras, visual arts and more.
For those who enjoy plays, the Shaw Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake is unmissable. Watch amazing productions in four theatre venues across the Town. If you are an art connoisseur and love to admire paintings by different artists, the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre, is the place to go. Niagara Falls has its fair share of arts and entertainment choices. Watch the delightful Oh Canada Eh? musical that also offers an all-Canadian meal. For live entertainment and film screenings, head to the Seneca Theatre or Greg Frewin Theatre.
Listen to enthralling classical and contemporary orchestral music of the Niagara Symphony Orchestra (NSO), in St Catharines. A cultural hub, the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre, is yet another fabulous entertainment venue in the city. Live music, stand-up comedy, theatre productions, movie and documentary screenings are some of the activities at the Centre.
How about watching a movie under the stars? You can do that at the Can-View Drive-In Theatre at Fonthill. Grab your popcorn or burger and watch the magic unfold on the big screen. You can also watch a great selection of films especially classic movies at the historic Old Fort Erie visitor centre theatre.
