Located at the Redstone Winery in Twenty Valley, named after the red clay soil and large stones found on the property, this restaurant offers cuisine dedicated to freshness and the flavours of the region. Chef David Sider’s goal is to “capture the seasons within the seasons” and create a dining experience tied directly to the local region.
