The Roman family stay true to the wine and mead-making process by allowing each vineyard block to stand on its own and let nature take its course. Join the family for its Bee Tour in the summer months and taste the Honey Sampler, harvested from the 300 or so beehives tucked along the Niagara Escarpment.

Nice covered patio overlooking the vineyard. Good wines but great mead! Try them all, there is quite a range of different flavours. And of course, you have to pick up a jar of Hot Honey - delicious!
