Lailey Vineyard’s 2009 Pinot Noir has become the stuff of legend, and visiting this modern, picturesque winery, it’s easy to see why. The vineyards feature some of the oldest plantings of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Ontario, and the winery was the first to use Canadian Oak barrels for their wine.
Lailey is also committed to applying as many non-mechanical growing and harvesting techniques as possible. The result? Pure, unadulterated terroir comes through in their wines.
