I know Kelsey's is rather busy. But on this particular day it was not. The bathroom was in other words. Filthy There was toilet paper all over the floor and the sink was a mess.

I have had better food at a gas station. 4 of us bill was 150.00 Food taised as if it came from the freezer, microwaved and left to cool for a while!
