Located in the Sanctuary Centre for the Arts – a re-imagined 20th century church – Brimstone serves its excellent local beers alongside a delicious farm-to-table menu. Enjoy a pint of their craft beer in their “Gothic casual” taproom – the bar and table were each made with reclaimed Douglas Fir that once lined the Welland Canal.
Visited May 20. Our server Melissa did an amazing job being so busy. Great food and tasty beers. Definitely a go to place!

Dropped in here, with my wife and was completely thrilled by the experience. We each had a flight of five and didn’t have a selection that we didn’t like. Special shout out to the apricot IPA, spot...
Spent a great evening on the patio enjoying their saison, kettle sour, and some snacks. It's really nice to have options that aren't just four different IPAs - Brimstone even had tasty ciders.
