Once a “virtual vineyard”, Big Head now produces their wines at Hunter Farms in Niagara-on-the-Lake. By drying the grapes in tobacco kilns before pressing, Big Head wines display bigger, full-bodied qualities as the name suggests. Together with their growers, the winemakers’ attention to detail has transformed Big Head into a fully-operational winery offering tastings seven days a week.

Incredible wines! Every single sample was excellent. We also learned a lot about their wine making processes, which were quite different from others in the area. We will be back.
