Canada’s original winery cooking school is all about learning while having fun. Designed for recreational (non-professional) cooks, five hour Saturday classes are offered from mid-January through November. Participants cook a seasonal three-course meal featuring local ingredients and each course is paired with a Strewn VQA wine. The spacious hands-on kitchen overlooks the herb garden and grilling patio.
Those looking for longer programs can choose a two-day Food & Wine Weekend or a five day Culinary Vacation, the ultimate foodie getaway. During the week the school can be booked for corporate team building and private group classes. A TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner.
