The lighthouse is completely blicked by a gateed community. There is a very unpleasant rude gatekerper that will chase you away. Very strict hours that are msde to keep the national historic site...

Didn't even wanna talk!! Just waved there hands and held "closed for the season'. This place is locked up tighter then a fort. If your going during the on season I hope they have friendly staff...
