The Niagara River Recreational Trail was created in 1986, and offers 56 km of cycling along the Niagara Parkway by historical sites, wineries, restaurants, shops, fruit stands and more.

Paralleling the Niagara River, the trail extends from historic Fort Erie past the majestic Horseshoe Falls, to Fort George in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Over looks Niagara River.- good view of boats. Shady in morning and sunny in afternoon. Good for recreational bicycling - relatively flat.
