Each course will be thoughtfully paired with an exceptional wine from Southbrook Vineyards, creating a harmonious journey of flavour.
The evening is designed to evoke community, connection, and celebration. Guests will enjoy a progression of refined dishes — from artfully crafted canapés and a rich seasonal soup to a delicate freshwater fish course and a playful dessert finale. Each course will be introduced by the chef and sommelier, who will share the inspiration and stories behind the ingredients.
