Downtown St. Catharines’ signature dining event returns this winter for another delicious week in the city’s core, with a bold twist! This year, Downtown D’Lish will intentionally run during Black History Month, and we are partnering with a local black-owned business, Soulicious Pepper Sauce. Enjoy exclusive prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus at some of downtown’s top restaurants, each serving creative dishes that showcase their own takes on the same flavours.
Rather than a one-note “spicy” theme, participating chefs have incorporated Soulicious sauces as glazes, marinades, finishing touches, and flavour accents across their prix-fixe menus. Diners can expect everything from elevated tasting-menu interpretations to playful, flavour-forward comfort dishes.
