I've seen this picturesque monument for years and I never took the time to stop in. The climb to the top did require some effort and may be tough if you have claustrophobia or are a little unsteady...

Great way to teach the kids a little bit about the history of Canada and an opportunity to see the area from above. My 7year old made it to the top no problem.
