Southbrook is Canada’s first biodynamic winery. Its hospitality pavilion is built to LEED-Gold standards, and sustainable practices are on full display in the vineyard. The 150-acre property produces wines worthy of ageing; their best are Cabernet Sauvignons, Cabernet Francs, and Chardonnays.
