Join us for RISEUp Niagara, an annual cycling fundraiser in support of the Canadian Digestive Health Foundation (CDHF). Every pedal stroke and dollars raised fuels vital educational programs, and patient-centered research led by the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG).

Set in Niagara-on-the-Lake—Canada’s Prettiest Town—this event offers more than just cycling. Enjoy world-class theatre, picturesque vineyards, and a charming atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway for a short trip or an extended stay.

Choose Your Ride

8:00 am Start: 100km

Gear up for the ultimate cycling challenge – the Niagara Century Ride, a 100km journey of discovery through the stunning landscapes and hidden treasures of the Niagara region. This ambitious ride invites cyclists to discover hidden areas into the heart of Niagara, with key destinations including St. Catharines, Port Dalhousie, Jordan, Jordan Station, Pelham and Welland. The route includes two rest stops for coffee, sports drinks and snacks and a delightful picnic lunch, ensuring you can focus on the ride while experiencing the best of rural Niagara.  Cross the famous Port Robinson Ferry, meander through farmlands in NOTL and cover some rolling hills through pleasant Pelham roads.  Options will be provided to add more riding for those with the energy and enthusiasm to attain longer distance goals. This ride can be self-guided, or you can follow a guide.

10:00 am Start: 60km

Enjoy an exciting 60K guided bike ride / tour that promises a perfect blend of history, culture, and breathtaking scenery in the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. This curated cycling journey will take you through several quick stops and points of interest while allowing you to remain on your bike. From the Welland Canal Bicycle Path, charming Port Dalhousie and quiet farm roads and concessions, each stop promises a unique experience that will leave you with lasting memories in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Picnic lunch included!

10:30am Start: Bike & Wine Tour (24km – for all levels)

Enjoy a leisurely, short on distance but long on fun guided cycling tour including a picnic lunch.  Discover the other side of Niagara including two winery stops in a relaxed environment. Sporty clothes, a hybrid bike and passion to learn and see new sights are all you need to enjoy your day making new friends. Option to upgrade to an e-bike if needed and find out why Niagara on the Lake is Canada’s playground for cycling enthusiasts.

Join us for CDHF’s Rider Reception with a 3 Course Dinner to Celebrate

Where: Queen’s Landing

When: Saturday September 6th, 6:30pm-10pm

Join the CDHF team, and your fellow cyclists for a 3 course dinner, beverages, games, and awards to thank you for your participation and efforts on and off the bike this year. This reception event costs $90.00 per person, and you can purchase your ticket when you register.
