You will start your day at a premium Icewine facility with local grower, Falk Farms, and go on a behind-the-scenes tour of their family’s state-of-the-art Icewine production.
After you will head to Peller Estates, in Niagara on the Lake, for a sparkling reception and tour of the world’s first 10Below Icewine Lounge. The chilly -10C Icewine climate is replicated in the most beautiful way.
Warm up with a hearty 3-course lunch, created by Winery Chef Jason Parsons, complemented by our award-winning VQA wines.
