Presented by the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College at the Grimsby Museum. Cider 101 is a sensory-driven exploration of fermented apple ciders, from historical origins in Europe to the fast emerging craft cider industry in Ontario.

Lessons in apple growing, cider production, the global diversity of cider styles, and industry trends will be accompanied by a regional cider tasting, all designed to enhance your knowledge and appreciation for this exciting drink.

Benchmark Restaurant charcuterie platters included with selection of cheese and cured meats.
